The contact form collects the information you enter: name, email address, company, phone number, industry, company size and the content of your message. None of these fields is obtained other than through your own input.

This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial proposal. It is never used for automated prospecting.

The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, together with R&M's legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries addressed to it.

R&M operates internal applications that connect to Google services (Google Ads, Google Calendar) using the OAuth protocol. These applications are restricted to R&M's partners; they are neither sold nor made available to third parties.

When you authorise one of these applications, it accesses only the data strictly required for its function: reading performance reports and managing advertising campaigns for accounts already linked to our manager account, or reading and writing calendar events. These permissions are used for no other purpose.

Data from Google services is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models. Only the authentication tokens required for operation are stored, on our servers located in the European Union.

R&M's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may withdraw this authorisation at any time from your Google account permissions page, without having to notify us.

Data is accessible only to R&M's partners. Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) access it only to the extent required to perform their service and are bound by the same confidentiality.

No data is sold, rented or exchanged.

Requests received through the form are kept for three years from the last exchange, the customary period for commercial prospecting. Google authentication tokens are kept until the authorisation is revoked, then deleted.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

The website sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only technical cookies required for the session and for remembering your display preferences are used; these do not require your consent.
