The website and applications covered by these terms are published by R&M (R&M Digital Solutions), Société par actions simplifiée (SAS), 108 avenue Victor Hugo, 92170 Vanves, France, 999 464 332 R.C.S. Nanterre.

The website is freely accessible. R&M's internal applications, in particular those connected to Google services, are however restricted to the company's partners: they are neither sold nor open to registration.

These applications act only on the advertising accounts that our clients have expressly linked to our manager account, under a contractual engagement. Clients retain ownership of their account at all times and may withdraw this access without notice.

You agree to use the website in accordance with its intended purpose and with applicable law.

The following are prohibited in particular: any attempt at unauthorised access, any automated extraction of content, and any use liable to disrupt the operation of the service.

All content on the website — text, illustrations, diagrams, code and trademarks — is protected and remains the property of R&M or its partners. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

R&M endeavours to keep the website continuously available but cannot guarantee it. Access may be suspended for maintenance or in the event of force majeure, without entitlement to compensation.

Information published on the website is provided for guidance only. R&M cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from its use, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from it.

The processing of personal data, including data obtained from Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy.

R&M may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your use.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre, France.
